Vando Silva Biography

I began my jiu-jitsu journey at 15 through a social project in Maceió, Alagoas. By the age of 16, I was already teaching, and I’ve been sharing my knowledge ever since.
Jiu-jitsu has transformed every aspect of my life. I used to be shy and insecure, but that completely changed once I understood the true meaning of the gentle art. Today, I am a living example of how jiu-jitsu can create a positive social impact. My goal is to inspire others and pass on everything I’ve learned along this journey.
