Biography:

I started training jiu-jitsu in November or 2007 after my then boyfriend, now husband Tyler encouraged me to try a class. I entered a tournament a few months into my training and fell in love with the sport. Eventually, I was able to quit my desk job and started teaching and training full-time. I received my black belt in 2013. I won my first World Title at black belt in 2017 at the IBJJF No-Gi World Championships. I love teaching as much as I love competing.
